HDFC Group’s Senior Leadership Visits SGT University

Gurugram: Anil Bhavnani, a senior official of the HDFC Group, visited SGT University on Wednesday. During the visit, he met personally with Manmohan Singh Chawla, Founder President of SGT University, and held detailed discussions on the university’s growth journey, evolving academic and infrastructure requirements, and future plans.

The meeting focused on the changing landscape of higher education, the growing infrastructure requirements of large educational institutions, and the importance of robust infrastructure and effective financial planning for institutional development. Discussions also explored the potential role of structured financial solutions in supporting long-term infrastructure development.

During the visit, Anil Bhavnani was briefed on the modern teaching and training methodologies being adopted at the university. He was also apprised of the use of advanced technologies such as simulation, robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) in education and training.

Welcoming Mr. Bhavnani, Founder President Manmohan Singh Chawla presented him with a memento as a mark of appreciation.

Anuj Jain, Regional Head, and Virendra Saklani, State Head, along with other senior officials and dignitaries, were also present on the occasion.

The visit provided an opportunity for meaningful and constructive exchange of ideas in the areas of higher education, technological innovation and institutional infrastructure development.
